Mark A. Kille (pronounced Kelly) received his Bachelor of Science in Justice Systems from Truman State University in Kirksville, Missouri and his Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri at Kansas City, Missouri. Before his move to beautiful Central Arizona in 2005, Kille represented injured clients several years in Missouri, initially prosecuting claims under the Missouri Workers’ Compensation Statutes for employees who were injured on the job, then representing injured railroad workers and their families under the Federal Employer’s Liability Act.

Today, more than ever, Kille understands the anxiety, confusion, and questions that a client may possess after being injured. Each case is different, and Kille’s versatility provides him the ability to see the legal issues, provide the assurance to his client of the obtainable results, all the while doing his best to keep the client comfortable throughout the proceedings.

Kille also believes in giving back to the community. As a member of the Volunteer Attorney Program, he volunteers dozens of hours of his time per year providing legal guidance to those who cannot afford an attorney. In 2008, Kille was the recipient of the 2007-2008 Yavapai County New Volunteer Attorney of the Year awarded by the Volunteer Attorney Program. In 2009, he was honored with the 2008-2009 Yavapai County Pro Bono Attorney of the Year award. He also co-created and volunteers in a divorce workshop for abused women. Kille’s concern for the environment has caused him to adopt a local street to keep clean, as well as incorporate an office recycling program.

Kille is licensed to practice law in the state of Arizona, the state of Missouri, the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri as well as the United States District Court for the District of Colorado. Besides the Volunteer Attorney Program, he is also an active member of the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association, Arizona Association for Justice, and the Yavapai Bar Association.

When not at the office or in court, Kille rejuvenates by spending time with his family. You may also find him hiking, biking or snowboarding the mountains and canyons of Arizona.
